Shipping & Handling for addresses within the U.S. starts at just $3, with all orders over $100 recieving free shipping. All items will be packaged carefully and sent via your choice of USPS First Class or 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Other shipping options are available to you if requested. You will be sent your Delivery Confirmation number via email once your package has shipped.
Q: Does The Creative Cupcake ship internationally?
A: Absolutely! Simply choose the USPS Global Priority shipping option at checkout, which starts at just $10. All international packages should arrive within 6-10 business days (though that time frame is not guaranteed) and will include Delivery Confirmation when available. Any customs/taxes/duties imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We will not mark the customs forms as a "gift", so please do not ask!
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Generally packages are shipped out within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Due to the detailed nature of certain items (particularly custom or made-to-size orders), occassionally creation and shipping can take up to 1 week. We are happy to send any portion of your order as a gift (prices will not be show on the receipt) with a message from you at no additional charge. Special gift wrapping is also available.
Sales Tax
Orders being shipping within New Jersey are subject to 7% sales tax on your total, not including shipping charges.

The Creative Cupcake is happy to accept your payment in 2 ways. If you would like to pay with your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit cards, simply select the 'Credit Card' option upon checkout and enter your payment information. Please note that if you are paying by credit card, the transaction may be listed on your statement as coming from "orders@thecreativecupcake.com".

PayPal payments are also accepted your convenience. To find out more about PayPal, visit their website.
We love happy customers so if your order arrives and you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 10 days of arrival. We will issue you a Customer Return Number (CRN) and provide an address to send your return. Without a CRN on the package, we will decline delivery and it will be sent back to you. We recommend that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in the mail.
If you would like to simply exchange your item for a different size, return shipping is on us!
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with the tags still attached. There will be no returns accepted after 10 days. Please understand that we can not accept returns on custom orders and that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Since each of our jewelry pieces is hand crafted with the finest semi-precious stones, sterling silver and crystals, we suggest that you refrain from exposing them to water (as smashing as your new necklace may look with your new bathing suit, please don't wear it to the pool/beach or into the shower) or sleeping in them.
If in the event an item requires repair due to normal wear and tear within six months of your purchase, we will be happy to repair it at no additional charge to you (other than the cost of shipping the item back to us). Please contact us for more information if you have a piece in need of a little TLC.
We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any other parties without your consent. Your information will only be used to complete this and future transactions with The Creative Cupcake. We do send out occasional mailings that we believe will be of interest to our customers. We don't like SPAM any more than you do! If you wish to opt out of these mailings, please feel free to contact us.
